Ozonated Oil

The organic extra virgin olive oil (or sunflower) enhanced with high saturation ozone, transfers its wonderful properties of cell regeneration, as it penetrates and is quickly absorbed into the skin and increases its defense and repair capacity; suitable for sensitive skin and people of all ages.

Its benefits are multiple in:

Cosmetics: immediate effect of fresh, luminous, elastic, toned and uniform skin by reactivating its microcirculation and oxygenation, purifying, respecting and preserving its pH.

→  Revitalization of the skin, rehydrating it and accelerating its renewal, with a certain exfoliating action, by facilitating the elimination od dead cells; dermo-balancing, beneficial in cellulite, revitalization of the  scalp.

→  Anti aging  and damage from sun exposure ( solar erythema,...); improves skin smoothness and expression lines.

Dermatological diseases: fungal dermatoses (due to fungi), acne, rosacea, herpes, dermatitis, eczema, burns, ulcers (diabetic foot), due to its germicidal action it is effective in furunculosis; in insect bites, tired legs, varicose veins, psoriasis.

Mouth, desinfected (local application): gingivitis, canker sores, sensitive gums, caries prevention.

→ Genitals: eliminates external / internal irritations / infections.

→ Otitis : ozonated oil gives excellent results, most of the time it resolves in 1 or 2 days of treatment, pain with ozonated oil usually subsides in less than 1 hour, applying 1 or 2 drops, three times a day.

Musculoskeletalbruises, bumps, sprains, fibromyalgia, arthritis...; for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory action; prevents post-injury hypermentation.

Body detoxificationtake 2 ozonated oil pearls, 2-3 times a day, 2-3 weeks; useful in digestive diseases (hiatal hernias, gastric reflux, stomach ulcers,...) it has a powerful antiparasitic action (eg in giardiasis), also Helicbacter pylori infection.

Improve : defenses, cardiovascular problems, memory or attention deficit, calcium absorption, intestinal transit.

Ozonated oil has successfully passed preclinical tests for dermal and ophthalmic irritability, acute and subchronic toxicity studies, mutagenicity and teratogenicity tests, which guarantee its safety.

Since 1986, research has been carried out on the therapeutic possibilities of ozonized oil in various skin diseases (Herpes simplex, Onychomycosis, and Tinea Pedis or epidermophytosis).

OLIVE OIL in Dermatology

"Conclusions drawn from the 2009 Medical Seminar. Vol. 61, Nª2, Pag. 61-89 on the effectiveness of Olive Oil in the repair of skin pathologies, by Pedro Carillo"

The skin has four main causes of deterioration: aging typical of age, aging or hormonal decline, photoaging caused by ultraviolet radiation from the sun and caused directly by weather incidents, as well as wounds and / or aggressions whether surgical, accidental, traumatic or of any other nature or pathology.

As we already know from its extension and its function as a protective layer, it is the most exposed body organ and therefore the one that suffers the most attacks in humans.

Poorly cared for skin can end up being the gateway to multiple pathologies.

We must take care of it, firstly doing prophylaxis to prevent its deterioration and of course repairing and curing it when it suffers some type of aggression or pathology, trying to ensure that the healing time is as short as possible and that the aesthetic results are the most optimal.

Skin care must be both endogenous and exogenous.

A skin in perfect condition is the result of a balanced diet, which will provide it with the necessary nutrients, as well as external care that provides hydration, elasticity and a soft and smooth touch at the same time.

The first of all the care that the skin should have is hydration. Having well-hydrated skin is essential in the prophylaxis of cutaneous and systemic pathologies whose basis is Xerosis.

Studies on the layers that make up the skin help us to know more and better its structure and physiology, which has allowed us to use those products that exert a better moisturizing work, trying to restore and maintain the lipid membrane with similar lipids in composition and structure to those of normal skin. For this, the pharmacopoeia provides us with an authentic arsenal of products that offer different results depending on the pathology to be treated. In our nursing work using virgin olive oil in various skin diseases we have reached the following conclusions:

  • Virgin olive oil exerts beneficial effects on the human organism at the endogenous and exogenous level.
  • Ingested as food, it prevents and helps fight diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
  • Ingesting it affects our skin giving it a healthier appearance.
  • Its external use alone or in combination at the dermocosmetic level is a reality that has more and more followers in the pharmacological industry.
  • Used directly on the skin, it is one of the best known moisturizers and emollients.
  • In damaged skin it helps to repair it very quickly and effectively.
  • In ulcers and wounds, used for cleaning and removing detritus and waste products is our best ally.
  • In cleaning painful skin lesions, its viscosity and softness allow the professional to work with minimal pain to the patient.
  • Its anti-inflammatory properties (Oleocanthal) allow to accelerate the healing processes and aesthetically improve healing.
  • The moisturizing, emollient and anti-inflammatory properties keep the perilesional skin in perfect condition.
  • Due to its lipid composition, it is perfectly compatible with the cells of our tissues, which means that its use on the skin does not produce any irritability or allergies.
  • Its composition makes it an effective agent against free radicals and against skin aging for the skin.
  • Su compoIts composition and characteristics, as well as the effects it produces both internally and externally in human beings, make it necessary for us to consider the possibility of elevating it to the category of food / medicine.
