Blisters on the feet are usually caused by the abrasion between the shoes and the skin, especially if they are tight or if they are made of poor quality material. Cheap shoes are good for seasonal use, but they are expensive for all the damage they cause such as blisters on the sole of the foot, pain in the big toenail, swelling, a bad smell.
They are also known as foot sores or foot bladders.
But what is a blister?

It is the accumulation of liquid formed by the continuous friction between the foot and the footwear or between skin and skin, thus irritating the area; It can be clear or bloody. The human body is so wise that these blisters act as a defense mechanism of the skin to protect its inner tissue since this bubble forms in the first layer of skin known as the epidermis.
Why do I get blisters on my feet?
There are other causes for blisters to appear:
◙ Take long walks with uncomfortable shoes and socks in poor condition
◙ Walking barefoot in high temperatures and on rustic surfaces
◙ Irritation caused by toxic cosmetics used for foot odor
◙ Presence of fungus on the feet due to not drying them well. If you are interested in learning more about this topic, click here.
Above the heel, on the plantar arch
and between the fingers,
are the areas where blisters form.
How to cure blisters on feet Should they burst?
If we take the necessary measures so that they do not appear, maybe we fulfill the objective, otherwise, these bubbles filled with liquid do not warn, they appear and now, we realize when we start to walk badly and we see that we have blisters on our fingers of the foot, for example. As soon as you can, you should do the following:
◙ Wash the foot where you have the blister with a natural soap and dry it well.
◙ Apply Ozone Foot Cream and cover it with a non-stick dressing so that when it is removed, the affected skin does not lift.
Repeat this process at least twice the same day, except if you are away from home. If you carry out the previous steps with discipline, you will not have to burst the blister, when being in contact with the cream for 24 hours, it will become rough and the next day, you will notice that it is smaller (imagine a balloon that the next day wakes up smaller ) and maybe it has burst on its own while you were sleeping, you will notice it if the dressing shows up something bloody.
And suppose that you have to go to work or continue with the walk if you are as a tourist in a city and you have no other option but to burst it:
◙ Wash your hands and dry them
◙ Remove the blister with a sterile needle and with the help of a dressing to absorb the liquid
◙ Wash the area with a mild soap, dry it without rubbing and apply ozone foot cream which will prevent it from becoming infected and healing quickly.
