We are the generation in the entire history of humanity that has experienced the most changes, in a single life of all the previous ones since the ages of the caves. But at the same time we are witnessing an unprecedented biological adaptation.

On May 6, 2019, the report of the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) was presented in Paris. One million plant and animal species may disappear in the next decade if effective, urgent and decisive measures are not taken. Experts from different countries overturn the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations, highlighting an "unprecedented decline" in the history of mankind. The mistreatment of nature by the impacts of human action means stopping the fight against poverty, hunger or the deterioration of people's health. Experts urge you to act both globally and locally in a pressing time more than ever.

Climate Change is, at present, the most important and serious global environmental problem that the Earth suffers, affecting all its minerals, all its flora and fauna and also on human health; This has an impact on people's health. Increase
so allergies, autoimmune, chronic and degenerative diseases in earlier ages.
Pollution follows a geometric progression, a multiplication factor, while human or biological adaptation follows an arithmetic progression, a factor of addition. For this reason, human life on earth will be unsustainable as indicated by the British physicist Stephen Hawking, at the age of 76 before his death.

We are living in our organism a process of biological adaptation unprecedented in the history of species. According to the results of a blood test carried out on 100 European parliamentarians, we all have between 400 and 700 trace substances in our blood, which 60 years ago nobody had in Europe. 30 years ago, the normal white blood cell count was between 2,500 and 5,000. Today, we have about 15,000. A patient today, with 10,000 leukocytes is considered normal and 30 years ago when the ratio of normality was between 2,500 - 5,000 it was studied to see the causes of that elevation of leukocytes.

In the European Parliament, 26,397 substances that accompany nutrients and are not nutrients are authorized. Due to the 23,812 contaminants and 2,585 additives collected at http://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/calls/data.

An impressive industrialization rich in preservatives, diet refinements, stabilizers, thickeners, antioxidants, colorants, flavorings and a long etcetera with a large number of substances that are commercialized. 60 percent accumulates, in used, non-toxic doses, but cumulative over time. The level of chemical intoxication is based on bioaccumulation as a tendency for a substance to accumulate in the tissues of living organisms, to be related to the hydrophobic and lipophilic characteristics.

There are seven toxicity criteria ranging from acute lethality to carcinogenicity. All this makes us think about the new challenge and justification of the social need for integrative medicine. Therefore, the integrative proposal of the doctors who practice it has an action protocol that conventional medicine does not provide, achieving an essential human revitalization in the current situation.

Integrative Medical Revitalization is presented in the countries of East Asia, North and South America and in some European countries, with a great acceptance and evolution of the practice for more than 25 years. This method allows us to diagnose and treat, the assessment of toxics at a structural, functional, metabolic level and the emotional state of our patient, from the beginning of their alterations, which allows professional practice, to jump from the standard protocols to the personalized and particular attention of each patient.

The RMI proposal is based on 7 guidelines. First of all detoxify; look for the obstacles that prevent healing; review the regulation of internal organs; observe and monitor supplementation at the cellular level (it does not matter what you eat, but what you can absorb from what you nourish yourself); suggest changes in healthy lifestyle habits to promote epigenetic changes and finally promote the aesthetics of revitalization, as well as techniques related to Psychovitality (relaxation techniques, anti-stress and self-recognition) for people's health .

For all the above, Integrative Medicine in Spain is a social necessity, so as not to be at the bottom of the countries where citizens have the freedom to have this Medicine. There is only one medicine with different therapeutic steps. When this medicine fails, it gives way to surgery as a solution to health problems.

Spain, like the whole planet, needs these medical applications now more than ever, with the rigor of qualified medical and health experts who are trained to help in these moments of adaptation to the evolved pollution that we are experiencing. Today no ruler assumes responsibility for it, out of ignorance or ignorance. It is necessary that citizens take an active part in this need and claim their rights.

In a country considered democratic, the individual freedom to choose of the people in aspects related to their health must prevail. Of course, always in the hands of a professional.
