Satisfaction Guarantee OZONO DOR

In this section we are going to detail everything related to how to proceed with a return. You have the obligation as a customer to know and learn about these procedures before makiing any transaction. 

Satisfaction Guarantee 

All of our products have  4 month satisfaction guarantee. That is, if during that time you are not satisfied with any item purchased in our online store, you can return it, and once received we will enter the purchase amount or replace it with another product of equal value. During the first 7 days from receipt of the product, if you are not satisfied with the item, we will collect the item at no cost. After that time, to make use of the satisfaction guarantee, you will only have to pay the shipping costs.

 

 Conditions for making use of the guarantee. 

1. The container must not be damaged. 

2. You must not stick your own or transport labels on the product or its packaging. 

3. The return of the article object of the same will be made for the same amount paid by the buyer.

4. The amount to be returned will be made by the same means by which it was paid, whenever possible. Otherwise, it will be carried out through bank transfer.

 

Process to make a return:

 

1) Return resquest to OZONO D'OR.

Once the form has been received by our logistics department, it will provide you with and RMA number via email. You should not submit a material shipment until you receive the appropiate RMA number. Shipments made without an RMA number will not be processed until the client formalizes the resquest. You must place the RMA number on the outside of the packaging clearly and visibly.

 2) Send the product.

You should wrap the product in its original packaging if possible and place the RMA number on the outside of the box. If you do not keep the original packaging, make sure that the product and its packaging cannot be damaged in shipping. If it is damaged by defective packaging, the warranty may be invalited.

If the return is made after the first 7 days, the customer must bear the cost of the return postage.

 3) Return.

3.1) Return for another item.

If you want to exchange it for another product, yoou have to specify the product (s) you want in exchange for the product reason for the return for an equal amount and we will sent it to you, if you have any questions, contact us.

3.2) Return for payment amount.

When we receive the item and if it is within the satisfaction guarantee period, we will proceed to return the payment amount by bank transfer. The expenses that are generated during the payment chosen by the user, (Paypal, among others), must be paid by the CLIENT and not by OZONO D'OR
