Likewise, from within the Academy of Dermatology, it is recommended that the little ones use gels that do not have perfume, as they dry more, and that the use of these products be limited to ten times a day. They advise that after each wash, the child dry his hands well, since humidity is a factor that increases the risk of developing eczema.
