In how much time will my request be delivered?

 

  • Spain peninsula:24 working hours on orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 pm.
  • Portugal, Canary Islands*, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 72 working hours.
  • Madeira Island: 3 and 5 business days.
  • Suiza: 3 and 5 business days.
  • Europa**: 3 and 4 business days.
  • EEUU: 6 and 9 business days.
  • UK: 3 and 5 business days.
  • México, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Perú y Ecuador: 6 and 9 business days.

Delays may occur due to customs inspection. In the event that there are expenses derived from taxes and customs duties, these will be borne by the client. Sales are made according to the Incoterm Ex-Works (EXW). Although the shipment is quoted and paid by the customer, the shipping policy is EXW.

If you place the order before 4:00 p.m. on a working day, it will be prepared that same day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled during the next business day. In the months of July and August, the delivery commitment within 24 business hours is limited to orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 12:00 pm. During special dates (Black Friday, Christmas, sales, etc.) the delivery of orders may take longer than usual, despite our efforts to meet the stipulated deadlines.

 

 

Shipping with cash on delivery

 

  • Peninsula Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: Cash on delivery payment can be requested at no additional cost.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the cost for payment on delivery will be €3.47.
  • Rest of the world: Cash on delivery is not made.

 

 

Can I return a product?

 

Of course! Ozono D'or has a flexible return policy. You can exchange or return the products of your order within 4 months from the day you receive the products and we will issue the refund or manage the exchange for another. The packs cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the entire pack.

  • Step 1: Access your Ozono D'or account.
  • Step 2: Click "View my purchase history"".
  • Step 3: Go to the order you want to return and click on the magnifying glass icon.
  • Step 4: Once you find the product you want to return, click on the "green arrow".
  • Step 5: Fill in the form with the return information.

What options do I have when returning a product?

 

  • Refund of the amount paid. The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment made previously.
  • Replacement of the amount paid in your Ozono D'or account. In your next order, this amount will be deducted.
  • Replacement of the same product (in cases of return due to being damaged or in poor condition).
  • Replacement for another product. In the event that the change is for another product with a lower PVP, the difference will be refunded in that case. If it is for another with a higher PVP, you will be charged the differential amount.
