Products and Stock

If I see a product with availability "in stock" on this page, is it completely true?

Yes. In our company we update the website daily. All items are available at the time of purchase in our online store and of course, at the factory. If these are sold out, they will appear as "not available", and in less than a month, we will replace them.


Do the product prices include VAT?

Close to the image of each product, you will be able to see the price with and without VAT, the first being the one you must pay at the end of the order. Countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not subject to this tax, but shipping is charged.


Will I receive the same item as seen in the photo?

Yes. We take photographs of each item, their sizes are real and unaltered.


What cosmetic brands use natural products?

There are already many companies in the world that are opting for natural cosmetics. It is the only way to ensure that our skin will not be damaged by chemical substances, which can produce adverse effects throughout our lives. At OZONO D'OR we work exclusively with natural raw materials, using mainly 3 products with recognized beneficial properties for the skin: EXTRA ECOLOGICAL VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SUNFLOWER OIL and OZONE. They are the 3 basic elements of our cosmetics, since they provide the fundamental active principles. All of them present in nature. 


Registration and Privacy Rights 

Is it safe to buy online?

Buying our articles on the Internet is completely reliable. The personal and banking data that the client makes at the time of purchase, are entered in a secure way and no one will have access to them except the financial entities in charge of managing the payment. OZONO D’OR strictly complies with the Data Protection Law LOPD. See Privacy Policy and Payment methods for more details.

Our shipments are made safely and the package is delivered only under the signature of the recipient. See Shipping for details.


What password must I enter to register?

At the moment you register, you must enter a phone number, either landline or mobile. That same number will be your password and the username will be your email, with these data you can enter your account at any time you want.


Do I need to register to buy?

Yes, it is necessary that you register with your personal data, as we will need it to deliver your order. The advantage of registering is that your data is stored (strictly complying with the LOPD) for your future purchases.


How to order

How should I place an order at Ozono D’Or?

If you are registered, you must choose the product (s) you want and add them to your basket; if you are buying more than one product, click on "continue to purchase". Afterwards, you must indicate the payment method for your order and enter the promotional code (if you have one), then click on ''apply'' and “buy now”. If you are not registered, you must do so and go through the above process.

Once the purchase is made, you will not be able to make changes, therefore, you must be sure of the product you chose.


If the purchase is in process, and at the last moment I want to modify or cancel it, what should I do?

If this happens, you must call us or write us an email through the data that appear in Customer Service, preferably the same day of purchase before 5:30 p.m. or before 1:00 p.m. if it is summer period (July and August); If you allow a long time to make changes to your purchase, OZONO DOR is not responsible for such modification or cancellation; remember that we will deliver your order in less than 24 hours; If you place your order on a Friday after the indicated time, it will arrive the next business day.


Where can I go to buy OZONO D’OR products?

The most comfortable way to buy is through our online store, as we deliver within 24 hours and without shipping costs for orders over € 31 within the peninsula (see conditions outside the peninsula). If you prefer to see the products physically or you still have a certain reluctance with electronic commerce, you can go to pharmacies, parapharmacies and herbalists and ask about our products. In case they do not have them, you can tell them to contact us and we will try to get our products to you.

At the Factory located in Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz (Spain) we only manufacture.


Payment Methods

How can I make the payment?

In our company we offer you many payment methods: Paypal, credit card, cash on delivery, online transfer, bank transfer, pay + late (in installments). More information on the page Payment methods.


I have tried to pay for the purchase with a Credit Card online and the order has been rejected. What should I do?

The Banking Entities have a security system that limits purchases over the Internet, possibly this is the cause of the rejection of the order. If you want to make the purchase, you must first contact your bank and request an authorization to be able to do it without problems.


Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, you can pay the order at the moment the courier delivers it to you without additional costs within the Peninsula.


If I make the payment by bank transfer, how long will it take to receive my order?

Payment by bank transfer takes longer than payment by credit card. It usually takes between 2 and 3 days to become effective, so your order will start when we have received the transfer; From this moment on, your item (s) will be shipped within 24 hours. To speed up the process, you can send us the proof of transfer; If you send it before 5:30 p.m. (1:00 p.m. in July and August), your order will be sent that same day. What type of shipment does Ozono D’Or offer?

Can a different person receive the order from the one who made the purchase?

Yes. The courier will ask that person for an identity document and will ask him to sign the delivery agreement.


Should I reject the order if it comes in bad condition or open?

Yes. You must reject the order if it does not correspond to what you have requested or if the packaging is open or in poor condition. In this case, you must sign the delivery voucher, adding in "remarks" the reason why you have not accepted the package. Once this is done, you must contact us.


If I receive the product and I am not satisfied, can I return it?

Yes. Our motto is "Satisfied or reimbursed." You have 4 months to test our cosmetics. If you do not like it either because of the smell, texture or other reason, you can return it to us preferably in its original packaging (it does not matter that the product has been opened). If the client wishes, we will refund the money or send him another product of the same cost or if not, the client will only pay the difference. If you make the return within the first 7 days of receipt, a courier will pick up the product without any shipping cost.  (See our Satisfaction Guarantee page).


Can you buy it from any country in the world?

Yes. You can buy online from any country in the world and the transport company will take care of delivering your order as soon as possible.


Could the country of delivery of the order be different from the country of purchase?

Yes. To do this you would have to reflect it like this in the shopping cart; on the one hand, the billing data and on the other hand the delivery data.


Do they protect the articles well so that they reach their recipient in good condition?

Yes, the vast majority of our cosmetics come in plastic jars resistant to heat and strong shocks, even so we pack them very well so that they arrive in perfect condition. If the circumstance arises that any of them suffers any damage or has not arrived in perfect condition, let us know and we will try to solve any problem (see section on Satisfaction Guarantee).


Warranty and After-Sales Service

If I receive the product and I am not satisfied, can I return it?

Yes. All our products are backed by a 120-day, 4-month satisfaction guarantee. If during this time the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it to us and we will refund your money or a product of equal value. (see section on Satisfaction Guarantee).           

Does Ozono D’Or reimburse the shipping costs in the event of a product return? 

Yes, as long as the return is made within the first 7 days after the product is received by the customer.
