METHOD OF USE:

Apply morning and evening, 1 to 2 pumps into each nostril as far as comfortable, without forcing. While applying, inhale deeply.

 

In case of inflammation of the mucous membranes:

First day: Apply one dose per nostril, twice a day (morning and evening before going to sleep).

Day 2: Apply two pumps per nostril, twice a day (morning and evening before going to bed).

Continue to apply two pumps per nostril, morning and evening before going to bed, until the inflammation is relieved.

Once it has gone down, keep using one dose per nostril at night for prevention until it is fully regenerated.

Important: Consistency is crucial.
